Shipping & Returns
We typically ship the order within 3-4 days from the order date however, there are certain products that are made to order and may take upto 7-10 business days to be shipped. Our courier partners take from 5 - 7 working days to deliver the packages within India subject to location.
As soon as your package ships, we will notify you your package tracking information.
In case of any special time bound delivery requirements, please share an email with us about the requested time of delivery. We will try our best to fulfil the order within the time requested but we cannot guarantee the same.
We also offer cash on delivery on all our products!
We have a 2-day replacement / return policy.
Since, all our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, a slight variation in colour tone, texture or shape may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
If your product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the product description, we will be happy to replace or fully refund you for it. Please ensure you take a video of opening the contents of the package as it will make it easier for you to follow up with us in case of returns.
To initiate a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery with the following information :
Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image or a video of the item.
No refund / exchange against products sold on clearance or sitewide sale.
If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package. In such cases to receive the order, you have to bear the shipping cost.
